The flavor is wonderful, but two quarts of broth made this beautiful soup extremely watery. 🙁 I wish I had used maybe half that much liquid.

So delicious ! I think this is one of the best butternut squash recipes that I have tried. The only thing I changed was adding a potato and 2cups less broth. The orange and ginger are so good in this. Thanks for uploading 🙂

Chicken broth doesn’t equal vegan.

The recipe calls for chicken broth. Could easily be made Vegan but title of article is misleading.
